美國紐約大學主要的校區位於華盛頓格林治村附近區域，以華盛頓廣場為中心，所擁有的建築物幾乎在休士頓大街以北，百老匯大街以西，14街以南，第六大道（美洲大道）以東，設有8個圖書館，擁有450萬冊藏書。其中，博斯特圖書館（ElmerHolmesBobstLibrary）和學生中心就擁有超過330萬冊藏書，並擁有美國保存最完整的當代英美文學藏書系列，及完整的當代社會學研究資料。

✽大部分專業都不需要GRE成績。如申請MS in Nutrition and Dietetics (HOND)專業的，需要做WES Course by Course認證。
